So I am at war with this other corp.

I have attacked their POS and a few neutrals show up to and rep the POS, but I am not getting a red flashy thing to indicate that I can shoot these neutrals - even though they are assisting my war dec target.

What am I missing?

Obviously they don't get flagged for repping a POS.

Erhh.... They did in the past!
They are repping the POS of a war target. Why can't I shoot them??

Overview? Not sure how you have it setup, but is it possible the background/color tags of neutrals are further up the hierarchy than whatever flag they earn now for neutral repping a POS (limited engagement maybe)?

Turn your safety on and try and shoot them. I believe you should still be able to shoot them with safeties on if they're valid targets.

Otherwise, I'd petition it.

Yes, on overview and everywhere else.
They get no flag whatsoever.
Not even 'Limited engagement.', which is that I would have thought. Nothing......
Very odd.
