Seeking clarification on how Sec penalties are applied to Logistics

When we Remote Rep a Suspect we get a Suspect flag and take a Sec Status hit. But that colourful chart (which I can’t find anymore) said that this only happened if the assistee had a greater flag than the assister. This seems to suggest that if we Remote Rep a Suspect when we are already a Suspect (equal flags) that nothing happens to us.

My question is this: If I am already flagged as a suspect and I Remote Rep a Suspect do I take another Sec Status hit? That is, if I am flying Logistics in Low Sec PVP, do I get a Sec Hit only when I go from not being flagged to being flagged as a suspect? Or do I take a Sec Status hit every time my Suspect flag gets renewed? (Dose Remot Repping a Suspect when you are already flagged renew your 15 minute Suspect timer?) Or do I take a Sec Status hit every time I activate a assist modal?

I am not sure if I will be taking a Sec hit once ever 15 minutes, or taking a Sec hit as many as 10 or more times for one kill (if I switch reppers between ships a lot)? Or is it something in between?

/me wants to know more about these fringe cases, so friendly bump to see what comes of the question.

There are good ships,

And wood ships,

And ships that sail the sea

But the best ships are Spaceships

For that matter, if I rep someone in Low sec who has a Criminal flag, does everyone he has PODed in the last 15 minutes get kill rights on me?

Or how about if you're a Logi who is suspect... can you "share the love" with people who are not suspect?

You won't "share the love" by repping non-suspects, but non-suspects repping you will also become suspects.

If there is a new blog that clarifies these questions, can you link it?

I have read the blog explaining the kill rights that came out before Retribution was released (although I could not find it last time I went looking for it) and I have read and reread the patch notes many times. They did not seem to provide clear answers to the questions above.
