CCP could you please give us back the jukebox? the new system is killing, if you live in nullsec u know how annoying it is to have a horn blowing at you constantly, i used to love ratting and choose certain song that relaxes me, like red glowing dust, precious ore ect...but now im stuck with this facking ****** music, i love most of the new changes but this god damn music, GIVE ME THE JUKEBOX BACK, THANK YOU

Prepare to be out-blobed by all seeing all knowing gandalfs, which have big tendency to comment on everything, even they never used jukebox or have sound turned off. They will tutor you how to turn on media player, no matter fact that they dont understand why we want jukebox back (for not bright ones - ingame controls).

Why fixing or removing somthing if things works proper ? why forcing players to lysten EvE music form other sources even form oteher hardware and software sources, while EvE juke box is part of Eve client, espetialy most of users hardware are enougt strong to cary mp3 player in game... Come on realy it eat so much cpu-memory usage like somone mention in last therad "that CCP want make EvE client more flexible and light .... Come on.

If you CCP want realy boost client -serwer preformance remove spamers bots form Jita not juke box.

Good replay ;) all people who know better always wrote like EvE has sound ? ;) Yes EvE has sound but they never listen to it.
I got friend in EvE we play togever since few years ,he play EvE withount sound for some reasons, its a good guy, but honestly people like him not welcome in therad like this, people who got zero expirence with EvE music.

EvE isn't game, its style of living.

It used to have a log in screen music.
Now it has no sound, there's no way to listen to that music if one also wants to play 4-5 clients together. The cacophony once logged on is unbearable.

Try understand EvE forum is opened for everyone even for people with grammar problem, STFU you arogant moron, i hate comments like your.

Even CCP empolye got problem with english and they far away form perfect English, if you cant adapt GTFO.

At least CCP justified the change? Why take away something that isn't broken? I really enjoy the EVE music and still wondering why they did not get more tracks into the game. Jón Hallur Haraldsson music amazing but.. the tracks are almost 10 years old! Is it so expensive, budget wise, to fund a new soundtrack? Lazy CCP, shame on you! :)

I have to say that im really dismayed at this loss of functionality to EVE.....the jukebox was a great addition to the game that no other game had.
I even listened to it while chilling with friends etc...every single person that heard it commented on the great music, which lead to talking about EVE etc.

EVE is much sadder place with it gone to be honest...also the new "sounds" are just horrendous....this seems to much like change for the sake of change.

I don't get that. No really. When I play with two or (rarely) three clients I start up each one and then go Esc -> untick Sound on two of them. I've seen several posts where people said they had to turn off all sound when multi-boxing, so I'm wondering what I know that you guys don't or what I'm missing.

Not a troll post either btw. I genuinely want to know what the problem is.

CCP justifications or no, a functionality of the client was removed in the name of improvement.....

Addition by subtraction works in sports, when removing a locker room cancer from a team. But in a client, to say its better because we removed a functionality??? Do you think we'll ever hear Apple say IOSfuturenumbergoeshere is better because it can't do what the previous one did?

If the old functionality was a tax that was too burdensome to maintain (really? a jukebox was that taxing?), why not fix it? CCP does have sound people, I've seen blogs by them and mentioning them. A self proclaimed sandbox game had a piece of player control removed and replaced with "you'll here what we want you to hear, when we want you to hear it". At least that's the what the description of the new 'system' sounds like to me. Certain songs, when listened to through the game client, are now locked to certain areas/actions of the game....... dafuq???

Make a new jukebox, and put it back into the game CCP. Please.

I really don't get what the big issue is with running a lean mp3-player in the background, with a playlist of your favorite eve songs... (use foobar, its very light and good, much better than the eve-client-jukebox). I did that even before they removed the old jukebox, it was just so... bad at it.
