Visual reactivation timers

One thing this game needs is visual reactivation timers. As of now it's anybody's guess as to how long until: you can launch another bomb, use that MJD again, recloak, launch another warp disruption probe, use that ASB again, etc.

CCP, please add visual timers for these things so we don't have to be left guessing every time we use any of these modules.

Perhaps a reload circle or cooldown circle that goes around the module icon.

With all the new timers, thats one thing I was expecting to see but nope.

Green bar cycle use, then after completion a red bar reactivation timer.

Useful for MJD, Bombs, any weapon reload, recloak, etc.
