Fix watchlists!

TL;DR: Watchlists suck. Let's increase functionality/usability.

Just thought I'd consolidate some feedback on watchlists and put some ideas out there. Since I've been flying in the logistics role lately, I just thought I'd cover some issues.

1. Functionality: How is it that when it comes to UI's, WL's get the short end of the stick? Eve has stated that they want the UI's to be customizable, resizeable, toggeable, etc, but the WL seems to have been excluded from this plan. How come I can't sort my WL? I should be able to filter and sort it all sorts of ways, but the only commands available to me are "Add this member" and "Add these squad members" to WL. I can't even "remove these squad members!" I have to remove them all manually! Evil I should be able to sort, asc and desc, by name, shiptype, and maybe even damage% and squad! Then I can sort my logi's up top, followed by the rest of the fleet.

2. Hierarchy: Clearly, as fleets get bigger, having a flat watchlist makes sorting through for relevant data more difficult. We need a hierarchy for WL. As a logi pilot, I like some sort of Logi squad followed by DPS squad order in my WL. Since the WL is a flat list, I can't tell. I can't even see the shiptype. Why not designate some sort of squad section or flag for ppl in certain functions or squads? As mentioned in other posts, fleet leadership may use WL to keep tabs on certain people of importance. Why not add WL functionality for summary squad health, or overallsquadhp? Even a CommanderSummary listing SquadCmdrhp, WingCmdrhp, Boosterhp, etc. This would help with making decisions based on squad capability or population

3. Number: 10? Just 10? Really CCP? Bc there are no fleets greater than 10, right? There is no real reason for a limit of ten. The way I see it, the the whole point of a WL is to keep tabs on ppl who aren't locked. If I had all ten locked, then I would not need the WL because I'd already be scanning their armor/shield/hull hp. This part of WL is redundant. It is still appreciated, but again, why do I have a WL limit of ten?

4. Capacitor: If we had a toggleable functionality for capacitor, then any Guard/Basi fleets could just watch cap levels and take care of that before cap broadcasts even happen. Are we introducing more data? Yes. Could this make a logi's life harder? Yes. Is there a toggle function to eliminate this for logi's who find the prospect of looking at an extra bar too difficult? Yes.
