KNOWN ISSUE: Planetary Interaction Export Issues

We are currently aware of an issue with Planetary Interaction exports.

Right now, we are investigating this and working on a fix for it.

When the fix is applied, more information will be available in this thread.

It's been reported by one of our senior GMs, that re-logging after you export your stuff from your planet will fix this issue.
We're currently working on this, but for now the workaround is to relog and your stuff should display fine. Smile

To clarify a few things.

No assets are being lost due to this specific issue. Your stuff is fine.

How to get your stuff (until fix is available):

  • Relog to the game.
  • Dock at a station and undock, then warp back to the customs office.
  • Jump to another system and back again, then warp back to the customs office.


All three options should make your assets reappear in the customs office.

As always, if you have any further trouble with your PI assets in any way then please send us a petition and we'll do what we can to assist you.
