PI produce 'disappears' on movement?

I have been doing routine PI import~export stuff today since downtime and both my pilots have had a disappointing experience.Sad

On exporting coolant from a customs office it moved halfway so I could pay the tax which went normally. When I then dragged it to my cargo hold it just disappeared!
I thought maybe I missed the hold and a container had been created, none there...maybe a thief? No-one else in the system.
I wrote my petition and will wait for that response.

I switch to another pilot (separate paid for account) in another system.
This time I double check......no-one near me (I always double check in low sec anyway) I export by dragging normally, the isk goes to pay the tax, except that this time the coolant never even makes it to the second customs office window...just 'poof' magiced away!
I am naturally a little let down, but being an optimistic sort of pilot, decided I'll import some Aqueous Liquids to top up my under performing setup. No such luck.....the AQ doesn't even make it to the first window, just de materializes as soon as it leaves my cargo hold.
Looking on the bright side there was no tax paid, but having had this happen to both my pilots in different systems at different planets guess this is a newly introduced bug.

Anyone else got a variation?

Yeah...

I can't complete any of my science and industry jobs. They won't finish the completion process. Can't do anything in the game unless I log out, and then I can only update my market orders, but can't start any new jobs.

I hope this isn't something they intend to wait until tomorrow or the day after to fix, and if need be they roll the patch back untill it's fixed.

Same kind of problem. Stuff that gets exported from the planet doesn't arrive in the Customs Office. Stuff that gets moved from my hauler to the Customs Office also doesn't show up in the Customs Office, but disappears from the ship's cargo.

How about a petition to have the patch withdrawn untill it actually works.

I'd like to be able to play EVE now.

+1 for losing PI stuff upon transfer to Customs Office.

Add a complaint about dragging and dropping a stack of Scan Res scripts onto a fitted SeBo and having 1 load and the rest of the stack go "poof!"

it's a known bug. The PI is there, it isn't showing.

The PI issue is a known one and is being worked on as stated in the above linked thread. For any other issues with the Retribution release, please make use of this thread. Thread is now locked as a duplicate - ISD Type40.
