Anyone having fitting problems aswell with this new destroyer?

can barely fit all 4 medium slots after all the launchers are on What?

What range can you get with rockets? I am getting around 45km with Light missiles and about 200dps

You want to fit 7x light missile launcher and have enough cpu/grid left for the mid slots without fitting mods?

Have you ever tried fitting a Thrasher with 280mm's, a Cormorant with 150mm rails, a Coercer with medium beams?

You are not meant to be able to fit a full rack of the longest range weapons without sacrifices.

I was kinda yea, i have good elec/engi skills and already by the second medium slot item i was running into problems. Its been a long time since i flew a cormorant but just thought these new destroyers was juiced up bit more. Imma just gonna step down 1 launcher, rockets are too short range for me

ive got a fitting with light mls but it also has the problem with the mid slots ..

high:
7x light missile launcher II

med:
1x limited 1mn mwd
1x small ancillary shield booster
1x j5 prototype warp disruptor
free slot (put in any with not more than 17 cpu /8.5 power)

low:
dcu II
bcu II

rigs:
1x small processpr overclocking unit
2x small ancillary current router

eg 605 implant required

this gives around 1395 m/s (acc control only on 4), around 190 dps with fury within 47km range and enough power for 2:40 minutes everything on.

with rage rockets you can do nearly 60 dps more up to 12km, fit a webber.
or use javelins and fire for about 170dps up to 22km far.

Looks good m8, but just a bit too risky for me without any shield resistances covered up.

Ive currently went down to 6 LM launchers and free'd up some cpu for midslots while still being able to keep around 175~dps so i think is what ill just stick too.

Its my bad, coming back to eve and seing how cool these new destroyers are i thought they would be different than the other destroyers but ofc it is not fair if they were :)

I don't know how many skillpoints or how old your character but if your new to the game don't forget to look at your upgrade skills like Weapons Upgrade, Electronics Upgrade, ect they effect how much cpu and sometimes pg a module uses.

I believe this was around 5 mil isk when I put it together. Could be a little more, I reused some modules from another ship. It can tackle Security Level II missions with ease. The afterburner keeps most ships out of range and the passive shield tanks I've never seen go below 40%. I'm a newb with only 500,000 skill points and this set up was working great for me. I have been conflicted about putting the shield re-generator but there is really nothing else that will fit. Perhaps a few more skills I can fit a shield resistance amplifier for the rats I usually kill. It will fit a small shield booster instead of the regenerater but it doesn't repair fast enough and deplete my capacitor which causes me to lose the afterburner and hardener which allows more ships to get in range and pummel my armor. Generally makes the situation worse. I can run the invulnerability field and the afterburner indefinitely and just stay out of range this way.

Yes, I had CPU problems too ... here's my PvE fit :

LOWS :

MAPC II, Co-Pro II

MEDS :

1 MN AB II, Small SB II, 2 rat specific active harderners II (or invulns)

HIGHS :

7x Light Missile Launcher II, Fury Scourge Lights

Rigs :

Small Warhead Flare Catalyst I
Small Warhead Calefaction Catalyst I
Small Processor Overclocking Unit I

DPS is 181.8, cap stable with the AB and hardeners running, 603 m/s, OF COURSE the booster will be pulsed ...

I'm off to try this little thing in lvl 2 missions, and maybe a bit of low sec ratting ...

Well, it was stable in EFT, but in the reality of the game, two invulns eat the cap ... but with a range of 47 kms with Furies (and my skills, granted), I don't need the resists ... will try with passive hardeners, for the lulz.
