When it notifies you that a bounty has been claimed on someone, it should automatically link the killmail in the notification! Pirate

same thing for kill rights +1. it just sais that the killright has been bought and the dude expoded

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
