Near perfect missile skills
Decent electronics engineering and navigation skills.
Security connections V for mission running, as well as >5 faction standing with Minmatar and Gallente. This grants you access to every lvl 4 agent for minmatar and gallente, as well as the ability to decline any mission you dont want to do without losing access.
This char is very specialized, no wasted SP in industry, trade, science or drones. Remember that when you browse other tengu chars and their 16m SP is actually only 10m SP with 6m wasted in random crap that doesnt help.
All in all, this char is the perfect mission runner for Minmatar and Gallente!
