help with downloading eve online

hello can sonone help me please i am trying to download eve online and when i download it i get this http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/811/evedownloadhelp.png/ it just stops there i think please cna sonone help me what can i do to get ingame thank you and can sonone please tell mw how the offline installer works please thank you

Please run the EvE client Repair Tool, this will install any missing files. It can normally be found the root of your EvE installation folder. A step by step guide on how to use it can be found here. On the bottom of that guide you will also find a direct download link for the Repair Tool in the case you don't have it the root of your (incomplete) EvE installation folder.

If you still have any trouble with your EvE install after running the repair tool, please feel free to post in this thread again.

hello i have deleted eve online and i have to reinstall it from the start i downlord it from https://secure.eveonline.com/Download/ when it gets to 100 % i get this http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/811/evedownloadhelp.png/ please can sunone help me thank you

My advice: once you finaly get eve working, make backup copy of its install folder. This have saved me few times when eve suddenly desides to crap under itself after patching or something... Much much faster to reinstall from backup.

We are Minmatar, Our ship are made of scraps, but look what our scraps can do...

i have got to 100 % reinstall it what is the nest way for me to do it i have tryed https://secure.eveonline.com/Download/ when it gets to 100 % i get this http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/811/evedownloadhelp.png/ than it just stops what can i do now to download eve online what is the offline installer please and how dose it work
