Looking for a sub cap, cross trained pilot focused towards pvp.

I have a few offers out there already, but I would like to make a purchase ASAP.

Must have positive sec/able to travel in all 4 empire spaces.

Decent name and cleanish corp history are a bonus.

Not interested to much in Indy skills, but would entertain offers with a small portion of Indy trained.
