Consensus on the new T1 logi

So how do you feel about them?



My thoughts:

I think they over buffed them a tad bit too much. I was just doing a quick comparison of the exequoror and oneiros and found that the exe comes way to close. It only reps ~50 less hp per mod cycle, goes faster (2km/s is p ridiculous) and has 6 low slots giving it the ability to fit an 800 plate, 3 active hards, an EANM, and DCU.

I examined the scythe next and that was also overwhelming. 2300 m/s, capstable, 2 invuls and an LSE tank, and not much less rep power than a scimi.

I suppose their power is somewhat inline with the other cruisers now, but the game breaking point is that 60+ km range. Now you could say use damps but not every 3 man gang has them when trying to fight larger opponents.

They can kick t2 logi butts if used correctly. The osprey can get more reps out than the basi

They aren't done yet. My assault frigates for example aren't as cool as the balanced T1's. but They haven't gotten to the T2 ships yet.

Jaguar and Wolf are fine. It's just that now there are other viable options. 2 years ago, there were Jaguars everywhere and very few Enyos, for instance.

A wee bit to close to t2 logistics in rep power, survivability isnt bad either. 90% or so of a t2 logis rep power, some more.
It made it alot easier to field reps/healers, intended. But when you can tank cruisers/bcs for 1.5k per t1 logi at that easy accesability and pricerange, repfests/no side can kill the other in small engagements are here even more then before. Bring more people i suppose.

Alpha damage will kill them off in any decent sized fleet, and they'll definately go around to buffing T2 logistics when they're done with all T1 ships. Will probably make some teamwork related things such as Incursions more difficult to compensate when the time comes.

Your precious AFs actually got buffed with Crucible, so you're out of luck there, as CCP is doing every other t2 ship except them.

If you are suggesting CCP will buff t2 logi there is something seriously wrong with you.. Even they arent THAT bad...


Also if you are suggesting that AF's are worse than the new T1 ships you're terrible.. (except the jag, jabs are bad)




As to the other points i think the speed and such on them is fine but i think they should lose a bit of tank.


also the fact that the scythe is basically as fast as the burst is very silly..
