WTB Very cheap Carrier Pilot

Hi guys, I need a Carrier Pilot (Race does not matter).
He doesn't need to have maxed out all those skills, I just need the Carrier skill.
It's also enough if the char can almost fly a carrier (one skill left or sthing).

I can pay something around 2-3B, but also more, if the char has some special skills what i could use.

well id say be prepared to pay more as a carrier pilot is also a supercap sitter and those are sold for 5+ bil

I just think of someone who is almost able to use a carrier, so not more than 15M sp.

Thats what hes saying, a character that has only 6-7m SP that is only trained to SIT in the ship (not use the modules, cant use the drones, it does nothing, it sits still) is worth 5b minimum.
