Update update - CCP Kills off solo ratter hunting.

Once again CCP deals a blow to the solo players.. after the anomolies patch years back, now that mach/rattlesnake super bear can rat in impunitive ease without even having to watch local.

Solo vessels arent designed to kill and tank a site, so why you would have an Artificial Intelligence that attacks the player who is essentially helping them is dumb.

Intelligence I guess is within the remit of the "CCP" definition.

GF useless blob artist bear lovers.
