Highsec is owned by players now. Systems 0.5-1.0 are New Order Territory. All miners and other residents of Highsec must obey The Code. Mining without a permit is dangerous and harmful to the EVE community. See www.MinerBumping.com

I dunno.... but does bumping score you a criminal or suspect flag? What are those battleships and tengus going to do that won't get them blown up?

Whew! I just spent the last three or four hours putting small bounties on anyone and everyone. Lots of work but it was worth it. I've still got two billion isk left and that should be able to put a bounty on 20,000 more players.

The tears and emo anger rage convos and emails are hysterical. I woke up my roommate due to laughing so hard. I highly encourage everyone to find and put a bounty on anyone who doesn't already have one. Make it the lowest possible amount. That really seems to grind their gears. That and the fact their character portrait is ruined by a large red Wanted sign.
