We're also still waiting for the promised PvP contracts, where we could setup bounties on:

- a specific individual
- a corporation
- an alliance
- anyone

- a collection of ship types or structure types

- a specific solar system
- a specific constellation
- a specific region
- everywhere

Payable only to a specific individual / corp / alliance. With different payouts (min / max per kill, percentage of loss value) by ship or structure class.
