I will start off with a quote from Eurogamer.
Quote:
Hilmar Pétursson: We're releasing the racial variants of the Captain's Quarters this year and that's mainly because we had that work completed. It also includes some optimisations and other fixes. I think the community has spoken loud and clear that they want more classical Eve features to come out, and that's the priority for us. Incarna is there, and we might pick it up at some point later down the line, but the voice of the community is quite clear. People want more spaceships, and more flying in space features. That's very much what we are responding to.

I like the sound of concentrating on FiS for Eve and the rebalance of many things that are broken at the moment. At the same time though I am little sad that Incarna wont be realized as it should be due to its development being stopped on it.

To know that we wont see WiS for the release of Dust514 is also quite a shock.

It must of been a difficult choice to make and with so much riding on it.

As a note about the CSM concentrated on one aspect of the game.

Yes this has been a concern of mine for a while since I saw the votes come in. (And before anyone asks. Yes I did vote.) They do seem focused on one and only one aspect of Eve and their knowledge of the other areas of the game seem to lack nearly into ingnorance of anything else in the game. Its not a good cross section of the community and so will never have the majority of the community in its suppport.
The CSM we have at the moment is not a healthy one for the game.

Thanks CCP for concentrating more with FiS, but could we at least see one expansion finished?

You know like more tech 3, or some such?
