A lot of stuff goes on in eve. Some of it, we have some control over, most of it we don't. The Jukebox was one of the first pieces of true player driven enhancements that CCP brought into the game. In it's way, it was an original, ground breaking idea. No other game had previously allowed the players to turn the soundtrack off and substitute their own within the game. While I know many simply used winamp or another 3rd party mp3 player over eve anyway, many of us did, in fact, use jukebox.

CCP, by taking away jukebox, by forcing the old contextual music system back on the players, you have gone back on your word, and gone back on your commitment to player driven gameplay.

I know that it's a bannable offense to criticize or speak ill of your wisdom, oh great and powerful devs, but frankly, you suck.

CCP Baldur, CCP WhiteNoiseTrash and CCP RealX, I look forward to this ccp invasion, and your asses better be there, becasue not only am I going to personally collect your killmails for what you have done, I will camp your station until you leave ******* game.

Gibberish. Grand Theft Auto III let you put your own MP3s into a directory and it played them on one of the radio stations. That was in 2001.

I have a media player installed on my computer for a reason, no need for EVE to have one.

CCP has no sense of humour.

Cythera, a little mac shareware game from 99 had a little easter egg device item in game that actually controlled your music CD in the drive.

Jukebox is pointless -- especially compared to 3rd party media players.

Most players don't keep music on anyways.

The new nullsec sounds are awesome. I actually keep music volume on 20% now.

Jukebox is pointless.

Quit whining and choose from any other of the 3 zillion less clunky native & web-based music players available.

Good luck campaigning over one of the most irrelevant changes in the new expansion. The only value it has is nostalgic.

to you maybe however some of us actually used it and its much more convenient then having to tab out just to pick a song

just because you dont care about it doesnt make the change any less wrong, there was no reason to remove it and it should be put back asap

Hi,

Please use the retribution feedback thread to communicate your comments about these changes; it makes it easier for CCP to follow as they do read that thread.

Thanks.
