... how the orient cut executive salaries before making people redundant as the management have lead the company astray.

Surely those people they dropped had cross skills that could have been re-directed?

Edit:
(Not to mention when they are finally driven to that last resort, they give previous employees first opportunity to gain employment with them again when things improve.)

You are just spamming that around the forum at the moment? Instead of cutting an arm, they could lose some weight around the gut where the pay cheques are fattest.

why does everyone assume that the senoir management folks havent taken a pay cut? i have yet to see a single post from ccp on the matter so would love ot see what everyone is basing this assumption on.

for all we know, hilmar took a 50% pay cut to keep an extra employee. not saying he did, but untill someone shows me proof that he didnt, im going to assume that he did
