Turns off the various new "safety" features, confirmation messages (eg the 'you are now entering low/null sec/low security space" type warnings, the warning about rigs being destroyed if you remove them when applying rigs etc), the tutorial agents and so on. Also the 'fleet members can shoot you, you know' message when joining fleet.

Would be useful when one has to reset the eve client or reinstall.

Sigh now to set up the overview again...
