Smartbombs with the saftey thing?

Anyone know how this works? Does it just stop smart bombs from hitting illegal targets? Or it stops them all together or what?

Was there a dev post on this and i missed it?

You should probably think about what you're saying. Selective smartbombs? Do they do that? hmmn....

Safety on = No smartbombing in highsec, you simply cant activate it.
