Provide an option to Permanently Disable Safety Bar

I don't want to logon everytime and have to disable carebear mode with some stupid elaborate process. Do I need or want this garbage in anywhere but highsec?

CCP have already indicated that the setting will become persistent eventually.

Give them a couple of weeks.

Add a piracy rig.
Add a bounty rig as well that has auto detection and aggro for piracy rigs.

All ships are owned by the Empires. We should need to modify them if we want to play gangsta in space.
