Looking for a loan to help finance me moving into wh space

Who am I? well i am a fairly new eve player who has about a years worth of experience.
What am i trying to accomplish? I am trying to move into a c2 wormhole and aquire a loan to do so.
What do i need to make this transition? I will need to purchase a wh ready character and ships fitted for the task.
How much experience do you have with wh space? i spent 3 months with a corp in a c3 i cleared radar sites in a legion. Which I soloed easily.
Now to the big points interest to the loan and payment plans. I was thinking about a 9% interest rate and depending on the size of the loan i would be making payments every monday.

I have also made sure the wh was cleared and didnt have any active pos inside.

WH space is a harsh mistress. It will take you for your last isk and grind your hopes and dreams into dust.

With that said...

Start with a dedicated scanning ALT (that never leaves the WH). Train all T2 Scanning, and Implant to boost scanning.

Start with a POS, with a refinery. You are saying, "but I have a static, I dont need one". I am saying that the mass is unreliable at the best of times. Some explorer might collapse it on you. Leaving your minerals on the wrong side of space. Besides, you will need the minerals right there to make ships/ammo/mods.

Learn how to set up and use POS guns, newts, webbers, ect.

Keep plenty of Strontium in your bay.

Learn how to make POS fuel IN the WH, Only bring in ice products.

Learn PI (planetary interaction) and buy the customs offices for transport and storage.

D-Scan is your friend use it.

Capital Ships for added defense, not needed, but makes others think twice before attacking.

Just remember the Static HS route is a double edge sword. You can always get out, but they can always come in.

Learn pain and humility, I was told a saying "We will be kicked out of the WH within a year. Lets make iskies now."

I love the WH life. It is fraught with many joys and dangers. I am an indy myself in a corp that lived in a C5 with a good alliance defending us. but sadly, few asteroid belts because of the high number of POSs in system.

What is your backup plan for when the evil w-pvpers come find you, reinforces and cages your pos just for training or other reason? You want to invest isk you dont have in a project that has a significant chance of backfireing in a pile of fire, tears and broken dreams. Do i need to ask if there is collateral?

What I do not understand is that if you were already in a C3 using a Legion, why did you need this isk? Especially to buy a character? I would think the MD community would like a more detailed plan on how you are going to make isk, what exactly you need to buy...etc. I live in a C6, and yes you can get spacerich, but you can also have it all blown up in a second.
