Contacting Major Alliances

We're starting to get an event going for Sunday (since CCP and others will be gathering video footage for the Museum of Modern Art on that day) and we're looking to get ahold of major alliances/corporations looking to participate.

Where do I even begin? I've tried to get ahold of some major leaders through Twitter (only found because they're so stupidly popular there), I'd prefer ingame contact but I can't always tell who the active leader is, just the founders of various bits, and of course none of their websites seem to have proper contact information.

So is there a way to get the news out to larger corps/alliances easier and such without having to directly contact anyone? I'd like to avoid spamming up someone's inbox who's probably already spammed up by others.

Alliances list diplomats in their descriptions for a reason. Contact those people.

What you are looking for does exist but you getting access is about as likely as you getting invited to the next Bilderberg meeting.

All I've been able to find is recruitment officers, but I'll hunt for diplomats. Just wasn't sure if there was an easy access mailing list sorta-thing somewhere.

Maybe I'm Keith B. Alexander, and suddenly this situation looks more plausible.

Any serious organization would list its diplomats somewhere conspicuous.

Not empty quoting.

You'd be surprised.. I found a lot of them though, just took a bit.

Still trying to decide on a time, Noon EST might be best across the board, maybe later.

What would be most fitting? Looking to accommodate as many people as possible.

Also how the hell does EVE Time work <.<

It's that clock down at the bottom left....
Suddenly I lost a lot of faith in this project.

Why don't you just go to the area where CCP will be passing when they do their roams this weekend?

Whoa whoa relax, I've just never actually gone by EVE Time (I run in windowed mode, I always use a normal clock, and my sidebar is autohidden).
