In addition it took me more than 5 minutes to find this thread, 'im not sure it is correctly named. Something like launcher is not working, or cannot start Eve would be easier to find ^^ But anyway, its probably just a matter of restarting a server.

Edit: since this seems to be a CDN (Content Delivery Network) issue, it might be important where we/you are connecting from. I'm from the Netherlands, friend of me from Norway has no issues.
