Actually, the Hyperion is even faster than the mega, now that it can fit 425's.

As for caldari BCs, use a naga. Its range with antimatter, or plutonium/uranium is you need a bit more range, is phenominal. That alone can serve as a decent enough tank. Just MWD out away from everything and blap it on approach.

I find this stupid as the ferox needs capacitor to live
The drake doesn't need capacitor to fire, and in some cases tank, so why give it a better one

In fact, for railguns, caldari ships are often better than gallente : you use railguns to hit a long range, and the optimal bonus is more optimal for that.

Didn't knew hybrids are not Caldari main weapon system along side with missiles, I didn't even knew they have half of their ships who fit those.

Given the split of the battlecruiser and destroyer skill into 4 racial skills for each, I'd throw in training Frigate 4 and Cruiser 3 for each of the other three races to get the most benefit out of the split- only a couple of days per race. and get BC as high as you can before the split.
