Is there an estimate of how many Hazmat Detection systems are needed?

If there are relief volunteers enough for every device then each team will need to cover about 10 km2 grid with one device, no small feat and no room for redundancies.

Also are there people enough to make deployment feasible?

Fortune favour them all,

If there is a lack of man power and devices then might I suggest integrating this device into a surveillance drone since it would be able to cover a larger area more effectively. You could have 1 person monitor the drones feed and survey the area that would probably require 1000 people to do the same task.

Contract up. Biofuels, Water and assorted items. Including some entertainment goodies certain to help alleviate the mind/body. Hope items are put to good use and comfort those in need and facilitate Rilnais and its people to recover stronger than before. (Thus the few scientists that came along with the delivery)

If find some Hazmat Detection Systems nearby, will bring a few thousands too.

Namas,

I found 10 Hazmat Detection Systems from a PanStar project that has since been cancelled. I have contracted these to Anderes Duellene, as a donation from PanStar, for the recovery efforts of Rilnais.

Just contracted 60km3 worth of supplies.

I'll keep an eye out for anything else in my area of operations that might be needed.

Say, Istvaan, did you ever get over that thing where you hit a hundred million CONCORD skill certification points. You know, the thing where your head started swelling and your slaver hounds were levitating everywhere?

Because I hit that threshold recently and I haven't experienced anything remotely like

OH SPIRITS

You can see now, that time and space are the same, yes? You can see what reality keeps in its pockets?

Ladies and Gentlemen.

The Combined Harvest Board of Directors and I have made the decision to bring our request for donations to an end today, in light of the fact that Capsuleer generosity has been so widespread and frequent.

The total value of donations made to the drive is in excess of 2,000,000,000 Kredits, with roughly 50% of the inventory having already been transported to our forward staging point on the outskirts of Rilnais.

The remaining 1.3 million cubic metres of aid will be transported this week, for use in the relief effort.

In particular, Combined Harvest would like to thank the following pilots and Corporations for their unbelievable generosity:

Akrasjel Lanate
Anslo
Argenta Nataf
Elythiel
Grideris
Marcus Gord
Norrin Ellis
Safai

Fleet Coordination Commission
Ghost Festival
Naquatech Conglomerate
The Babylon5 Consortium
The Synenose Accord
Venture Racing
Yaqin

We thank everyone for their donations, no matter how large or small. The level of generosity has been unprecidented and has far exceeded our expectations.

Sincerely,

Only if you swallow Empire propaganda blindly, don't keep up with Ghost Festival's activities, and don't know the people involved, pilot. Marcus is quite the philantropist, as long as you don't meet him in a belt in lowsec, and Myrhial was one of the principal donators of various Arek'jalaan projects.

Doesn't matter. Ghost Festival supports the Angel Cartel, who sent their Guardian Angels to assist in the destruction of Rilnais. Schizophrenic foreign policy at best.

For someone who goes on and on about what a diverse entity the Federation is, you have awfully large blind spots regarding the structure of other factions.

A massive thank you to everyone who participated in the escort operation that allowed Combined Harvest to move Anderes Duellene's squad of four Anshar-class freighters into Evaulon, bringing a vast amount of aid supplies into the system. Everyone played their part perfectly. Despite an engine failure near the middle of the operation, everyone kept calm and performed admirably under stressful circumstances.

Particular thanks must go to Verin "Stitcher" Haktain, who provided the cynosural beacon and several pilots for this endeavour almost entirely out of the goodness of his heart, and lost his Falcon and almost all of its crew to ensure that the aid convoy reached its destination safely.

I'm going to be contributing Aid to this project, to those of you that consider me an Angel, does that mean I must step in line with the every decree of a Domination? Of course not, I am a being with free will and large sums of currency, I can do what the f*** I like. If your empires leader asked you to kill five million innocent children in their homes for no good reason, would you?

Five cubic meters of frozen food are all I can get to you today, once that's completed I'll provide you with 2000 units of medicines.

Anderes Duellene

i comend you and all those that have stood up for those in need, i wish i could have done anything to aid, is there need for anything more, if so i could offer a Brutix battlecruiser, a Atron frigate and a Iteron mark I transport , to make supplies and transport capabilities going ... i also had this thought, at times corporates can pay Concord to look the other way, in this case i wish we could pay Concord to LOOK that way, i wonder if enough isks was gathered, that we could station concord ships in those systems
