When you did your user study testing what was the more common use case? Users buying things rapidly or users updating orders rapidly? I can understand the change to make the quantity in a buy order be highlighted and I can understand how you would change that behavior on other dialogs to be consistent.

Although I'm pretty sure the more common use case by far is for people to use modify order and press back space a few times to modify their order by a few digits. With the new functionality you either have to press end or retype the entire price for each order. It can significantly increase the number of keystrokes you have to use per order. I you are updating all your orders by .01 isk it will require at least 33% more key strokes.

Obviously the more common use case is for people to update their orders by using the previous behavior and few people who are effected by having to type out the quantity on buy orders.

Could you at least change the modify order screen back to the behavior it had?

Edit: As far as I can tell the mousewheel also no longer will raise or lower the price until you click in the text box. Which I'm pretty sure is also a very common use case.
