Unable to build Salvage Drone at POS

Attempting to build Slavage Drone I at a POS Drone Assembly array yeilds error that it can not be manufactured at this location.

Am I the only one seeing this?

Nope .. I get the same..

I have reported it.. I think a number of other have as well..

as far as i know CCP are aware of this, and they say only place to build them atm is in a NPC station
