If the new bounty system doesn't stop concord from blowing you up, whats the difference from before exactly?

The bad thing about Retribution launching is that EVE forums everywhere are full of people discovering that they completely misunderstood or failed to read everything about the upcoming changes.

And in response to your politer edit; the main difference is that bounties can no longer profitably be claimed by alts, which used to render them useless.
