weird customs office error

Firs time dealing with pocos since patch release. went to an empty customs office to load it up with p1s for my production planet
got weird error message saying that it was full with ~300km3 of material. Note:no material was mine, mine showed empty.

Anyone else having problems

Id also like to add, I was able to export off of the planet earlier today. just not reload one

Yeah, it sounds like it is a Retribution Bug. hang tight, all will be sorted later hopefully.. Sure its just a crossed piece of code somewhere.

Might want to post it in the official retribution bug thread, if it isn't there already.
Devs don't hang out in S&I much.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

I am also receiving this error. I hope they fix it soon as I am unable to import anything and has ground my production to zero.

Yeah, it's been posted in the issue thread 10 or 20 times already. Believe they said fix tomorrow.

you can't add the silicon as there simply isn't enough room for it to fit. the container is currently only capable of fitting 35,000 units and it currently jammed full with 42,042.02 units.


Problem seems to be that all custom office items are being added to the total volume., and by this I mean other players items. I had a customs office with 40,000m3 worth of silos, only 3000m3 worth of items. 0 items in poco, and trying to drag and drop it gave me the numbers above, which are 7,000m3 over the possible amount you could have ever fit.

So yeah, all items in the poco are being calculated for all players, not just the charater trying to add items.
