So what are the 4 cruisers rebalanced not in Patch notes?

All 16 t1 cruisers are in there so yea, what's the question?

During the Eve Open Tourny, they mysteriously said that there are a few cruisers that were also rebalanced but they did not want to put it into the patch notes, let it is surprise.
I am asking if anyone knows what those are. (Navy Issues eg.)

What is the new stats on the navy issue vexor?

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

i think they said 4 ships are not mentioned in the patchnotes, i dont think they specifically said cruisers.

those 4 ships probably are christmas presents. since i dont want to spoil anything for anyone. those who want to know can look on their own when they login under "special edition ships" in the market (of course that is if those presents are in there already which i'm not sure about ;D )

i was hoping to atack the klingon empire with the lyran empire and the aliance empire the hydrian empire. Let me contact a old friend of the gorn empire....
