The Avechomon Foundation – Aid For Rilnais

In light of Ms. Goldcore's apparent trouble finding a courier, I'd like to reiterate that I will travel to any high security system that does not require traversing low security space. For anyone that needs goods moved, post a private courier contract (up to 38.4k cubic meters), and I will get to it as quickly as possible.

I appreciate the assistance greatly.

Looks like there will be no shortage of medicine or food. I believe that supplies of water and home building materials are of utmost importance at this moment. I would suggest any further relief efforts to provide these supplies.

Madame Goldcore's point is well taken, my next delivery will be more diversified.

Perhaps if donors, who are not to humble to declare, might disclose what they bring, we can avoid the situation Ms. Goldcore described?

I think I can go one better. I'm currently tracking all items being donated via my organisation, and I could quite easily extend that to track items from others. Just mail me a copy of your cargo manifest once it's been delivered and I can add you to the list.

PanStar has contracted to Anderes Duellen, for aid in the Evaulon system, 12,554 m3 of supplies, which consist of:

10 units of Wheat
20 units of Frozen Food
50 units of Dairy Products
9,500 units of Antibiotics
11,520 units of Water
16,395 units of Oxygen

PanStar will continue to monitor the situation and provide additional aid where needed and if able.

Looking at declared assistance provided the following is a list of materials that the relief effort requires:

Biofuels
Hazmat Detection Systems
Hydrogen Batteries
Robotics
Smartfab Units
Water

Stuff we have more than enough of:
We have enough food to last the survivors at least a month and would no longer be considered critical.
We have enough medicine to remove all traces of disease for the entire system.

Stuff we have... but more doesn't hurt:
We have some water, but considering the vital nature of this resource I couldn't imagine we could ever have excess.

Critical needs:
We critically lack shelter and rebuilding supplies. These are resources I cannot contribute due to the potential military nature of energy sources and building materials. Batteries, robotics, smartfab units, and biofuels are none the less essential for rebuilding these peoples lives.
We also critically lack hazmat detection systems, a vital tool to keep rescue workers safe. Not many are required I would imagine, but there is an obvious need still.

Provided my understanding of the situation is correct, the supplies the community has mustered should be enough to meet all the life support needs of the outpost. Now it would seem the pressing needs are that of the rebuilding effort.

Addendum edited in:

I should note that I am in no way in charge of the situation on the ground and this information is conjecture biased on what is stated here. Since I do not have any 'boots on the ground' as it where, I cannot verify that any deliveries that have been stated have, in fact, arrived. It would be appreciated if the Avechomon Foundation could provide more information as the the current situation on the ground, the aid that has arrived, and what supplies are actually required.

Thank you.

I currently have a large shipment (36, 483) of Hydrogen batteries, so that should be taken care of for now. I think Robotics, Smartfab units, (though I believe that Seriphyn Inhonores is starting large scale production of them), Biofuels and Hazmat Detection systems should be the focus of remaining deliveries.

I have a small shipment of 10 Hazmat Detatction units for which the buyer has failed payment. Instead of recouping my profits market side I will route these for assistance immediately.

It isn't much but perhaps they can help prevent further casualties as these relief efforts get under-way.

Is there an estimate of how many Hazmat Detection systems are needed?

Don't believe so. The only deliveries I know of so far are my own of 100 systems, plus the additional 10 from Oscha yet to be delivered.

Food, water, and medicine are pretty easy to calculate how much we need. If there are 60,000 people alive, then stocking roughly 100kg each should be more than enough food for a while... tools like the hazmat devices are much harder to quantify the amount required. I am sure the Avechomon foundation will let us know how many units are required though

Some estimations off the ram of my implants:

I assume it depends on how many teams are active on the surface. The 62k in stable condition I presume have been located and secured will not need immediate application of the devices.

The remaining 30k's situation is unclear. In the worst case all are scattered across Rilnais. I have no hard data but I estimate the city to be under 1,000 km2.

If there are relief volunteers enough for every device then each team will need to cover about 10 km2 grid with one device, no small feat and no room for redundancies.

I would certainly like to see more units in play.

Also are there people enough to make deployment feasible?

Fortune favour them all,

I delivered a sizable transport of all commodities last night courtesy of my employer.
I had a hard time locating vaccines. I suspect someone has been cornering the market looking to make a profit from the relief effort. A clever, if despicable, act.

Words can't quite express how thankful The Avechomon Foundation is for donations so far, no matter how large or small.

The current size of donations stands at a total volume of 745,954m3 worth of relief supplies that we are still creating an inventory for at present.

I'm quite lost for words at the response to this. Every single one of you has the most sincere gratitude from Combined Harvest.

35,000+ m3 dropped off to ya last night. I tried to do 10,000 units of each, but damn those hazmat detection systems are stupid expensive.

Like I said in my message to you, if you need guns and ships, let me know man.

20,000 drums of biofuel and 333 smartfab units awaiting acceptance, along with some...entertainment to help the relief workers along.

Blanking signatures doesn't seem to work, so this is here.

Sended about 21.000 units of Oxygen and 880 units of robotics for assistance & rebuilding. The tragedy that befell the people of Rilnais exceeds the Gallente/Caldari confict as this was nothing more but a barbaric attack from opportunistic space pirates, a threat both sides face.

13,264 taks of oxygene and 18 pieces of robotics were delivered to Stacmon system. I hope they will be of good use.

I've air-dropped a crate of 2,860 unpolished pine coat hangers over the capital city. I believe the crate impacted near the children's triage tent, although I was doing far too many barrel rolls and loop-de-loops to make sure at the time - crash, you understand. I hope my donation will help.

Pardon for being a little late.

I have created a contract with approximately 55k m3 units of construction supplies and another 17k m3 in medicine and foodstuffs, as well as some additional amenities.

The construction resources are primarily composed of Biofuels and Hydrogen Batteries along with no less than 200 units of Robotics. I have also included a donation of numerous Planetary Vehicles that I hope will be of use to the reconstruction effort.

It is possible I will have a delivery of Smartfab Units ready for the Avechomon Foundation within the next day or two, and will be working to this end.

Unfortunately, my search for Hazmat Detection Systems yielded no results. I do hope someone else is able to acquire some.

God bless,
