Looking to buy a finished mission running and PvP char with amarr standings that are above 5.0 please(may settle for lower depending on skill set).

Must have ability to fit T2/T3 fittings.
Must have positive sec status(will settle for -1.0 if need be)
Must have positive wallet.
Must have no kill rights.
Must be in an NPC corp by time of post please.
My budget: I'll be using around 25B+ for my budget on this search but may raise it if I see something interesting.

Please post here with characters+eveboard sheets.

You may evemail me ingame as well.

I will be looking until I find a good toon to fit my needs.

very focused nightmare/legion pilot, pulse spec in 5, beam spec in 5 in 3 days, perfect tank skills

2 +6 damage implants,1 +5 tracking, 2 +5 capacitor, 2 genolutions, 3 +5 learning (2.5 bil isk clone)
