It was stickied here in GD, I don't know why they decided to move it instead of making a duplicate in the information portal.

And I wouldn't set my alarm clock to 11:35 UTC either. Expect EVE to be back around 2-4pm UTC...if past performance is anything to go by. And then expect a good half dozen emergency re-boots.

It is a grand ol' EVE tradition to queue a long skill to make it past patch day, and a few days more.
