looking to buy a solid pilot budget is 11 bil i want a gallente preferred but amarr aswell close to dread or dread able pilot



must have frigate cruiser and bs of gallente or amarr lvl 5 and gunnerry skills to match
must have AWU to 5 and advanced spaceship command 4 or 5
dont care about cross trained inless its five

would prefer battlecruisers five is a big plus and more likely to be considerd

solid core skills is a must link away =P
