Im looking for a 40+mil pilot.

Must have great gunnery skills
Looking for thermo 4/5
Cybernetics 5
Good Engineering
Good Mechanical
Would like to see subsystems
Marauders is a plus
Decent drone skills is good
Would like to see some leadership skills

Nothing is out of my budget. Please post anything related.

I really want Gallente primary, Minmatar secondary, and even Amarr tertiary.
