separate wallet divisions on chars

A simple suggestion for future eve:

Different wallet divisions (1-7) are allready ingame for corporations etc.

I find it usefule to have this for single chars as well. Think this should not the problem to implement it. I know that youll have more data traffic but its a useful feature for traders and marketeers.
