Character Bazaar

I'm looking to buy me an awesome Tengu character. Yes, there is plenty on the market but they say 'maxed' yet have so much stuff missing/wrong; e.g., Shield Management IV (hence not maxed shields), Subs to IV (obvious), AWU IV (lol), etc...

Obviously, if it can do more that's great. But no mining/industry, and I'm also not looking for 70mil+ multi-racial subcap.

The following requirements are essential. I will not deviate what-so-ever on these. I will pay a premium price for the character with the following -

- Heavy and Assault Missiles V, with Specializations to IV (V is better)
- All missile support skills to V, the only exception I will make here is Guided Missile Precision to IV.
- Weapons Upgrades/Advanced Weapon Upgrades V
- All shield skills to V (Management, Operation, Upgrades, Compensation)
- Shield Compensations I will accept at IV, V is better. Same for Tactical Shield Manipulation IV/V.
- Core skills; Mechanics, Hull Upgrades, Engineering, Energy Management/SO, Electronics, Navigation, etc... must be V
- Drones V is essential (any other drone skills are unimportant)
- Goes without saying, all Subsystems to V

Other support skills I am looking to have V on, these are not essential but obviously I will pay better, and would prefer to V -

- Targeting
- Long Range Targeting
- Signature Analysis
- Acceleration Control
- Evasive Maneuvering
- Cybernetics
- HSM/Afterburner
- Thermodynamics


Please feel free to bump this thread by posting inadequate Tengu pilots =D

Might be a little over the top for what you are looking for, but Goa'en is pure subcap on all races. It can fly and shoot and subcap boat in the game (except industry stuff obviously and Amarr BS T2 ships (26 days)). Amarr BS is not on V yet, but it is planned.

Got 6 clones, all implants. 1 x slave with 5% hardwires, 2 x improved with 5% hardwires, 1 with 2 x Crystal Implants and 2 with some +4's and hardwires

BTW, you're going to be hard-pressed to find one that has EVERYTHING maxed. That particular pilot is damn close to max. Propulsion sub to 4 because to 5 is not worth training.

Probably as close to max as you're going to find without getting some 100m SP subcap pilot.

As for missile support skills, that toon has all non-capital core missiles to 5, with all supports at 4. The minuscule difference you'd get for having them all to 5 is just... not worth taking the time to train.
