Wormhole statics in/out question

So I heard wormholes with lowsec static exits are better that those with highsec statics as fewer people are coming in from the outside.

Im only referring to incoming K162 here, as it is obvious that if open the hole in highsec and you go out more ppl may come in simply as highsec is more populated than lowsec and thus more ppl will see it when probing.

So in few months in a C2 with a lowsec static only once there was a incoming K162 from lowsec and twice from highsec.

Question is now, in say C1-C3 with a highsec exit does one get more incoming K162 from highsec dwellers? Or is it purely random where a highsec whormhole will lead to?

I'm basing my assumptions on the guess that lowsec has more whormholes which lead into a system with lowsec statics and highsec got more whs which got a highsec static anyways.

If anyone noticed any correlation there i'd be thankful for any info.

I've lived a combined ~2 years in C2s with static HS and half a year in a C2 with static LS.

In the C2 with static HS incoming holes were mostly HS and we had a fair amount of them, although definitely less than one per day on average.

In the C2 with static LS incoming holes were quite rare, maybe like 2-3 a week. When I had one, it was often from a C4/5 or more rarely from another C2 like my own.

I think the reasons are fairly obvious: Most k-space scanning happens in HS, so most incoming holes will be from HS. And static WHs leading to C2 are not very popular because well, C2 sleeper sites are not very good, so few c2 statics are opened. The ones that are opened are often opened by people from deep space wh corps who are probing for pvp or a route to k-space.

R943 wormholes (leading to C2 from k-space) are fairly rare on the whole. I find a lot more X702s to C3 than R943s when probing in HS.
