Hello there MD!

I looked at a few other bonds as well as the template provided by Grendell when writing this OP, hopefully it provides the right information to investors while at the same time being concise.

Reason I am seeking public investment:

I am looking for public investor(s) to help fund an expansion in the mission hub I am trading in. I trade in low volume, high value items. I am at a point where I have most of my isk tied up in the market, yet I still see many missed opportunities.

Business plan:

My strategy is pretty simple; I buy items in Jita, move them to my mission hub, and sell them at a markup.

- Assets:

-I have about 146 mil isk in my wallet at present.
-My total sell order value is roughly 1.76 billion isk
-Buy order value is 342 million isk

- Risks:

-CCP or some other group in eve could do something to make prices move wildly against me.
-Real life could become an issue, but if this is the case the worst that could happen is I take a loss.

- Exit Strategy:

-If I need to recover isk to repay investors quickly I will move some items back to Jita and sell there, to buy orders if need be.

Terms:

- Collateral:

I did not list ships and modules that I use on the daily basis in the asset list. I think with all of my ships I would be able to fully collateralize the bond. The problem is, I use these ships; offering them as collateral would mean that I would be trading for a month as my main activity. I might be able to offer partial collateral though if that is of interest to anyone.

- Interest/Repayment schedule/conditions

-Interest: 9%
-Repayment schedule: The loan will be repaid in 30 days or less.
-Conditions: Please invest at least 100 million isk. The loan will start officially when I have collected all funds.

- Extension

-Depending upon how this goes, and if real life permits, I may give my investors the chance to extend their investment another month. The terms would likely be the same as the first.
-If the extension is offered, it will be an investor opt-in; you can choose to not do so if you like.

Thank you for your consideration, I am accepting mails in-game as well as requests for conversations.

And where from you got 2 248 000 ISK ?
New traders this days are way to good ...
(what skills you got Trade 4 ? )

Opportunities multiply as they are seized.

I am pretty amazing, aren't I? Cool

Heh, I wish. This character is going to be the trader on the second account once she gets some decent market skills. I have actually been playing eve for three months now. I bought a PLEX with cash to get started and have been trading may way up from there.

Just incase you ask loans again .
Posting with a 3 days character is pretty useless

I am going to have to disagree mate; the reason I am posting with a character that isn't associated with my current trading is a pretty simple one; this is a public forum and it isn't hard to find out who the competition is when you are trading. My fear is that someone who I compete with in the mission hub, and who knows the name of that character, might see my post. If that happens then I have just told them a whole lot about my current situation; information they could use against me. (For example, if they were to find out I am at my isk limits, they could drastically cut the margins on the items I trade and force me out, knowing I can't follow suit)

Of course, my desire for anonymity has to be balanced with investors desire to make a safe investment. Depending upon exactly what is expected, I am willing to provide some form of API verification and disclose the names of my characters to specific investors. I am also willing to partially collateralize the loan.

I tried to keep things as tight as possible in the OP but I am guessing I should have added some more info about this.

To summarize, I just don't want to wave my privates on a public forum. Big smile

Incase youre last post made sense , not saying it didnt but my reply would be to long .

But , you thinking giving 1.5b isk value of + - 3 plexes to a 3 day alt makes more sense ?
I mean 3 plexes to none ?

Not to be offensive , but actually the scammers in Jita look more trustworthy :|

I have a feeling my replies are being run through google translate. Ugh

I'll try to be as clear as possible: I am willing to provide verification to interested investors through eve-mail.

I think that is more than the average Jita shyster will give you.

Let uss reply to this then . Youre competitor knows who you are ingame right ? So then its easy you should know very well whom youre competting with aswell . Did you searched them on forums/internet ? See if thats theyre main if they post on forums at all ? maybe theyre alts ok , but did you tryed atleast?

You didnt told a lot of youre sittuation , if you put some research in there are plenty of people telling exactly how and what they do stil that doesnt ruin theyre business comepletly . Also you said only how much is youre capital , thats all .

If it does take so little to ruin you thats a bad thing , there are competitors and always will be you need learn to adapt . Youre desire of anonymity isnt balanced with inevestors desire , hiding youre trader for such thing while asking a loan isnt balanced .

What is expected , thats for you to decide you should be convincing someone youre trustworthy of 1500000000 Isk . Youre doing a bad job at it ...
There are more characters then ? youre trading with ? i mean there is this alt , youre main . (and more ? what they do trade aswell ) ? Collaterize , how much ? You should be keeping as wide as possibile in OP not as tight , not more info , but all the info apart youre trading routes - and stuff youre trading where and so on .
And even then that probably wouldnt be enough ....

Oh well , GL

Stuff.

Response to stuff.

Here is where I see our difference; you seem to think that I need to offer every bit of info about me in a very public way on this forum.

My position is this: I recognize 100% that I need to prove what I am saying, and I am willing to do that with specific investors who may be interested in my bond.

Specifically, what info do you think needs to be added to the OP?

From what you have said the list is as follows:

-Names of all my characters
-API (what kind, I don't know? What boxes do I check?)
-Full list of all my stuff
-Details on what kind of collateral I am prepared to offer

I don't see a bond that offers that info in the OP. I see some that list the "main" character, I see some that go into detail listing assets/collateral, and I see some where it looks like API was exchanged in private through eve-mail.

Sharron,

Don't take me wrong, but a 3 or 4 day old character asking for a loan of 1.5B ISK, without offering any collateral is somewhat fishy.
I think you fully understand that most investors will look at your original post, and see Red Flags everywhere. However, I am not implying that you are a scammer, let me be clear about that, I am NOT.

There is no one forcing you to disclose the names of your chars on the forum, but willingness to disclose these chars via private converstation will be a plus for you.
You should have mentioned the fact that Sharron is a new char specifically created for this purpose, and that you already have another account active as well, it could only have helped you, especially if both chars are linked to each other in terms of in-game activities.
I would also advise against posting an API key on the forums, only give that out via private conversation, you can never know who is also reading the forums.

I'm not totally useless, I can be used as a bad example.

To the superscammerspammer ... you need to invest into some older chars and then try to repeat the loan scam but with bigger numbers.

4 days old char .. I mean really ?

I get that people have no reason to trust me, I do. I have said I am willing to do an API check, and that I am willing to give people a full list of characters. I don't feel comfortable doing that on the forums, though (Well certainly not the first one).

As far as red flags are concerned; The two that I see from what people have said is that I haven't posted with my main character, and that I haven't provided enough information in to OP.

This character wasn't created to make this post; my chain of reasoning was along the lines of "What if characters xyz and zyx who I compete with read the forums?".

Did you even bother to skim the thread .. I mean really ? Big smile

On a serious note though, its clear that I need to rethink how I am doing this. I need to be more specific about what I am going to give to investors as far as API and other information about my trading activity/characters goes in the OP, and I need to have a very clear proposal. I also need to seriously consider posting with my main, despite the fact that I feel that may not be smart.
