There are categories. I wish there is help link on market next to these confusing advanced concepts.

for example, I see in my region in verge vendor,

like for skill book info would say what this skill is required for...

I'd like a similar things for BPO what each component is for and how to get the parts from, from planetary interaction, if so, what kind of planet makes parts needed to make it to, and at least link to evepedia on how to start that.

for example, capital antimatter reactor unit. obviously it probably goes into capital ship of some type. which ship and what BPO needs these component could be better explained like

vexor BPO would have component requirement and those are minerals but requirement for these special stuff is another special item which is not based on mineral.

which section of eveonline do i go to get tutorial to build it? would be nice. inclusion in info of item or bpo.

I am Gallente race. I see Gallente Administrative Outpost Platform Blueprint. And I don't know what that outpost does. 1.8bn price for BPO so I can buy it but since it sells in high sec, does it mean I can build this thing in high sec?

where do i search for keyword like "Construction Platform" and get a good answer or tutorial about details of BPO and where can i build it or use it at?

really though get on the ingame help channels and ask the specific questions you have.
What you are asking is broad enough that i should really just direct you to the eve wiki. though thats not the greatest at explaining things, nor for that matter crosslinking useful information.
A lot of the information is available from other players and are specific to the thing you are looking at.
I understand the want for the game to have these links, but knowing how good CCP is at explaining these things for the Major issues. I wouldn't hold my breath for anything useful out of them.
Take a look at eve-uni and their sites.

Its not possible to please all the people all the time, but it sure as hell is possible to Displease all the people, most of the time.
