Just created a new alt and decided to do the new tuturial, in the tuturial however I was asked to fit something I could not because of the skill requirements.

I chose, Minmatar - Vherokior - Retailers, and was asked to fit a small shield booster 1, which I could not fit.

I'd assume this would feel complicated for a brand new character when asked to do something and also being told he or she can't do it.

I'd suggest either adding a bit about skill training and giving a skill book if the tuturial detects you don't have the required skill for the items. Or perhaps bring back the civilian grade modules.

Perhaps also look trough all possible choices of backgrounds to see if this problem doesn't happen in other situations.
