-gunnery skills perfect (Tactical weapon reconfiguration may be 4 lvl);
- tank skills perfect (cap repair system may be 4 lvl);
- jump drive calibration min at 4 lvl;

Scanning skills and t3 gallente or amarr will welcomed.
