Im looking to buy some ones toon(s)
I need a new account, with three capable pi toons
minimum lvl 4 skills for command center upgrades, interplanetary consolidation, planetology 4

minimum lvl3 skills for advanced planetolgy, remote sensing

needs at least lvl3 in any racial industrial

So were clear, im looking to buy an entire account worth of toons, 3 pi toons.

budget is negotiable

You know you can't buy an account (username and password) right? At most you can buy three PI characters and transfer them to an account you created (takes 30 hours since only one character transfer can be ongoing per account).

Yes i do, i want some one who has an account like me with multiple pi toons that they want to unload.
