Solo pvp ideas

1 v 1 in trade hubs.
Catch people in faction war plexes.
Wait in FW plexes til someone comes, warp out if target's no good.
War dec hi sec corp, wait in trade hubs/their area of operation.
Ally a war dec (?)
Roam for pirates.
Dscan ratters in belts.
Set up your own bubbles and wait.
Roam in NPC null.
Draw people off of blobs to ~120km.
Join R v B.
Get corp to set up 1 v 1 frig arenas.
Make a corp for soloers only to fight each other in corp. Green v Yellow ???
Amamake, Tama, Old man star.
Gatecamp.
Create alt, get few million SP, join a big corp and kill your corp mates.
Probe missioners.
Message people on forum who want solo and arrange 1 v 1.
Flip cans. It's true, people still jetcan mine.

Or a simple duel option that won't go active for people in fleets and concords an alt that tries to muck it up.

Didn't they mention a fleet on fleet aggression flag at one time much like the limited engagement mechanic for those that wanted to make their own tournaments.
As setting up a 1 on 1 after the flag changes wont be dealing with the typical neutral rep problem but a total gank if one needs to activate the suspect flag to start

Would be a fan if there was a system designed to establish 1v1 fights. Have it all concord sanctioned with special dead-space pockets that lock when 2 people enter. Would be fun I would think.
