Whats this all about? Ive started to see it happening more and more frequently now. Initially thought it was just my internet being an arse. But a couple of other people have mentioned the same thing has happened to them.

Anyone else having this problem? CCP are you aware of this? is this an issue at your end, or ours? or is it a UK problem?
