Looking for a well-focused character with most racial Frigate/Cruiser/BS skills to V.

Needs:

- All supporting turret/missile skills
- Solid core skills
- Most support skills to V (Targeting, Energy Management, etc., the basics)
- Drones are nice
- So are Subs =D

Basically, want all the good things to V, AWU/SC skills/Most Elec/Engi/Navi/Mech/Gunnery

Around 50bil budget.

Not interested in Industry/Science, so won't factor in for me, a few mil here or there never hurts anyway. That being said, if you have an excellent subcap 85mil character but with 15-20mil in Industry, expect me to offer for only the skills I'm looking for =D
