I'm trying to fit a Coercer in EVE Fit and I'm not sure if I've maxed it out with my current skills.

Here's the fit:

[high]
6x 'Gauntlet' Medium Beam Laser I

[med]
1MN Analog Booster Rockets

[low]
'Harmony' Small Armor Repairer I
'Radical' Damage Control I
2x 'Pilfer' Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane I

[rig]
3x Small Capacitor Control Circuit I

EHP: 5,875
Repair: 37 EHP/s

Armor Resists
EM: 72.2%
Thermal: 63.1%
Kinetic: 57.5%
Explosive: 54.5%

Firepower
DPS: 86 (Multifrequency S)
Volley: 298
Optimal: 7.5km
Falloff: 4.8km

Speed: 534 m/s
Sig Radius: 62m

Cap lasts 1m 32s

CPU 166.4 / 192
PG 83 / 86.25

I can't fit T2 modules yet, so I have to work with T1 stuff and I think I've got it about maxed out, but would appreciate any suggestions.

I have 2 high slots open, but I can't really fit much more onto this thing. I tried downgrading the guns to Dual Light Beam Laser I's and I could fit 8, but my DPS drops to 80.

This ship is intended for L2 missions in Amarr space.

Any thoughts on how to improve it aside from getting my skills up so I can fit T2 stuff?

Thanks!

Your entire fit is storyline equipment, and is stupidly overpriced. Drop EVERYTHING for meta IV equipment.

For what you're trying to do, I'd suggest something like this:

[NEW Coercer, test2]
Heat Sink II
Small 'Accommodation' Vestment Reconstructer I
'Refuge' Adaptive Nano Plating I

Experimental 1MN Afterburner I
Optical Tracking Computer I, Optimal Range Script

NEW Medium Modulated Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S
NEW Medium Modulated Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S
NEW Medium Modulated Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S
NEW Medium Modulated Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S
NEW Medium Modulated Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S
NEW Medium Modulated Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S
NEW Medium Modulated Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S
NEW Medium Modulated Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S

Small Auxiliary Nano Pump I
Small Auxiliary Nano Pump I
Small Capacitor Control Circuit I

I'm trying to reach a decent medium of damage, repair amount, and cap life, but that's hard to do. I honestly don't know what I'd do to make a L1/2 Coercer besides put on T2 pulses and Scorch everything, but I'm spoiled with Scorch so my thinking is now limited.

And that Coercer was done using the Retribution patch (coming up on december 4th.)

But whatever you do: STAY AWAY FROM STORYLINE. It's overpriced, and will just make you cry when it explodes.

Edit: here's one that will work today, and it fits with literally no skills. You can adapt it as needed if you have high enough skills to do so, but I don't know your skills so I'll just post this one too:

[Coercer, test3]
Extruded Heat Sink I
Small 'Accommodation' Vestment Reconstructer I
'Refuge' Adaptive Nano Plating I
'Refuge' Adaptive Nano Plating I

Experimental 1MN Afterburner I

Dual Modulated Light Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S
Dual Modulated Light Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S
Dual Modulated Light Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S
Dual Modulated Light Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S
Dual Modulated Light Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S
Dual Modulated Light Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S
Dual Modulated Light Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S
Dual Modulated Light Energy Beam I, Multifrequency S

Storyline modules are usually worse than meta 4 and so much more expensive.

My general principle is that if a fit requires storyline mods or fitting implants is shouldn't be taken seriously.
